Students can take courses taught in English and Hebrew (conditional on meeting Hebrew Language requirements) in the faculties. Most of the courses in the faculty level programs are open to exchange students, pending availability. Participation in some courses requires approval from the department in which the student wishes to study. The Faculty of Social Sciences accepts exchange students to electives only.
Additionally, faculty level exchange students can take courses offered at RIS which offers a wide variety of undergraduate and graduate level classes in English (lectures, exercises and seminars.

RIS also offers intensive Hebrew language courses ("ulpan") prior to each semester (requires an extra fee). The Hebrew ulpan is not mandatory for exchange students. Hebrew classes during the semester are offered to exchange students.
